Wise Elephant has a great partnership with Agency Access, a marketing services vendor for creative professionals. Agency Access offers our telephone follow-up call service to compound the results of their clients’ email and print campaigns. Jeffrey Fiterman (a commercial photographer with Fashion, Beauty, and Portrait portfolios) is one of these clients. We make follow-up phone calls on Jeffrey’s behalf in response to his email statistics. We gain Jeffrey sought-after portfolio requests from specific, targeted, contacts. We can’t take all the credit though, Jeffrey’s work, including his new portfolio from his assignment as Britney Spears’ tour photographer, speaks for itself. We make sure the work gets seen.

Francine McKenna, a freelance financial writer with leadership tenure at the big audit houses (PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG Consulting, BearingPoint, JP Morgan, and Jefferson Wells/Manpowerthe) is the author and owner of the blog re: The Auditors. Ms. McKenna originally approached us to assist her with moving her blog from the free Blogger.com service to a more robust and custom platform. We suggested a move to Wordpress, built a modified template, and managed the migration process. Ever since we’ve been assisting Ms. McKenna with marketing and business development advice, fixing online-issues when they arise, and supporting her goals with research and development.

O’Fit, a specialized personal training studio founded by former Indianapolis Pacers trainer Tom Jennings, asked Wise Elephant to help to solidify their branding and marketing messages while ramping-up their blogging and direct marketing. We introduced O’Fit to new strategies (including social media) while rooting them to some old-school foundations of mission statements, branding, and marketing planning. We’ve set them up and mentored them on using template-based wordpress blog, are consulting with them on marketing planning, and have produce a a simple lead generation program (calls and follow-up emails).

Thomson needed a refreshed look & feel for their All4MP3.com website. Plus they wanted to use new technologies to keep the site current and more interactive. Wise Elephant crafted a new site-flow, made suggestions for better site-usage, and worked with top-designers to put a new face on the site.

Results: An updated website that offers news, tracks to enjoy, history, and more.

Michael Cannell, an exceptional voice in the home/design arena, a veteran of Dwell, Real Simple and the House and Home section of The New York Times, wanted to raise the profile of his blog while transitioning it to become a potential revenue generator. Plus he wanted to branch out from his initial site to build a network of sites within the same concept.

Goals: To build/alter a modifiable blog-template for one main site (thedesignvote.com) that could be used to create new sites within the growing “Vote Network”. To build awareness for these sites using Social Media. To create ad-space and discover other revenues models.

Results: There are now a handful of sites live within the current network (thehousevote.com, thekitchenvote.com, thegadgetvote.com, theroomvote.com, ) with a few more on the way. Each has an associated Twitter user which is fed directly from the blogs. In addition we modified a neat voting plugin to match the functionality and results the client wanted.

Client: Chameleon Brands

Overview: Chameleon Brands wanted new, national, leads for their west-coast based graphic design business.

Goals: To gain new leads on a monthly basis for Chameleon to send to materials to, to build up their contact list.

Tasks: We helped Chameleon identify their target market, prepared lists, and reached out to potential new contacts on a monthly basis, mainly on the telephone

Success: Each month we delivered new contacts, from untapped markets and traditional markets. These new contacts were excited to learn about Chameleon, and in parallel expressed their thanks for the call as many of these contacts receive piles and piles of print mailers and emailers each day.

Scope: E commerce Website development and design

The short version: Wise Elephant designed and built a new e commerce website for Like a Bike USA (LaB) to sell these very unique children’s bicycles.

More specifically: LaB has been a Wise Elephant client since day one. At LaB’s start-up Wise Elephant stored and fulfilled Like a Bike’s online orders. As they grew (exponentially), they moved into a warehouse and continued to reinvest in their order processing. This past autumn shopping season it was truly apparent that LaB needed a new online property with more product variables and more client control. LaB approached Wise Elephant with this new need and we designed and built the site accordingly.
